This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Elegant is (doing business as) SeattleAirportShuttle collects, uses, maintains and
discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of www.seattleairportshuttle.com This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Elegant is (doing business as) SeattleAirportShuttle.

How we handle personal identification information

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, place an order, subscribe to the newsletter, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, phone number, credit card information. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.

    We may use the email address to send User information and updates pertaining to their order. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, questions, and/or other requests. If User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site.

Your acceptance of these terms

By using this Site, you signify your acceptance of this policy and Terms of Service. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.

Cancellation Policy:

Customers can cancel SAS reservation at any time up to 24 hour before the scheduled pickup for a full fare refund using the website and the official mobile apps. For reservations made via phone, the booking fee is non-refundable. Cancellations can also be made by calling 206-735-4545

SAS will not provide a refund if the reservation is cancelled or changed less than 24 hours prior to pick-up time, or in the event of reservation abandonment. This includes bookings made within 24 hours of pickup time.

Flight Cancellations and Delays Due to Airlines

Failure to contact SAS with flight cancellation or delay information in a timely manner may be considered reservation abandonment and may result in forfeiture of fare. Reservations impacted by airline delays and cancellations may qualify for refund when a replacement reservation is made.

Tipping Policy:

Passengers riding with SAS have the option to tip their drivers in-person or online. When reviewing the total charge of your ride, there will be a pre-selected tip percentage added to the subtotal. This pre-selected tip percentage can be adjusted prior to purchase online or for over the phone reservations an in-person tip to our driver, via credit card or cash, after a ride completion.

Oversized and Extra Luggage Policy:

How many pieces of luggage can I have?

Our luggage policy closely follows that of airlines. For each passenger, two checked bags (e.g. suitcase, duffel bag) and two carry-on items (e.g. diaper bag, laptop case, backpack, or purse) all ride free.

Extra fees may apply in the following instances. Contact us for needs outside of those listed.

Excess/Oversized Baggage – $10 fee per item

  • Checked bag exceeds 50 pounds (or approximately 23 kilograms).
  • Total dimensions for your checked bag exceed 80 inches when adding length, width, and height.
  • Excessive size or number of bags may require an Exclusive reservation.

Boxes – $10 fee per item

Excessive size or number of boxes may require an Exclusive reservation.

Golf Clubs – Varies

Counts toward your total number of checked items. (e.g. If you have one checked bag and one set of clubs, the clubs are free.)

 

Child Seat Policy:

At SAS, we support the strongest safety standard by recommending that small children five years and under be secured in a child restraint seat for transportation. If federal, state, or local law requires your child be secured in a child safety seat, please bring one as it is the parent’s or caregiver’s responsibility. If you can’t bring your own car seat, SAS can provide child restraint seats at no cost to you. Children under the age of 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

Service Animal/Pet Policy:

Am I allowed to bring a pet?

Our policy regarding the transport of animals is designed to ensure adequate space for the kennel(s), and your baggage. All animals – excluding service animals – must be kenneled to board the vehicle.

Kennel guidelines are as follows:

  • Less than 20 pounds: Lap carrier permitted
  • More than 20 pounds: Must reserve SUV
